Of a tournament and a handsome Prince.

We are finally back in Fontia. The journey through space was quite uneventful on most counts.

And so, it was home sweet home. The first thing we did was to check up on hideout. When we last left, the place was to be rampaged. And it was. My study was ravaged and there was nothing much left of it, and our dear friend whom we forgot about was dead. Oh well.

It was to our astonishment to find that 15 years had passed in our absence. Many things have occurred, events that are not exactly to our favour. Our company has been labelled as rebels by the busty Lady Hermione (who survived the fall down our pothole), and we have been wanted for 15 years. Not to mention the horrible pictures they have of us on the Wanted posters! I'm pretty sure I don't look like
that!
To make matters worse, Lady Hermione, the cult leader of Ker'flab, is now Queen Regent of the Mostly Good city of Garamond, and our dear Lady Lucida has been ousted and treated as a madwoman locked in an asylum. We paid Lady Lucida a visit, and found out that the Prince and heir apparent of Garamond will be taking part in a tournament back in town, trying to become a member of the largely dubious Mostly Holy Knights. We were tasked to stop him from winning the tournament.

Sir Gingerbeer proved his usefulness henceforth by taking part in the tournament to defeat the Prince and to kick him out of the competition. It all turned out fine and dandy, even if Gingerbeer was having a tough time with a marksman in the preliminary rounds of the battle of arms. A Lady Ramen found out that we kidnapped a competitor to switch Gingerbeer in, and we had to convince her to join our cause against Lady Hermione and the cult of Ker'flab. So yes, a new partymember! Too bad she's a.. she.

Gingerbeer was up against the Prince in the second round of the competition. Gingerbeer managed to push the Prince near the stands where I was standing (and secretly casting spells while Lady Ramen caused a huge distraction with her seductive nature), and we managed to kick the Prince out of the competition, quite literally by teleporting us all away back to our ship.

Az.
